Indoor Cricket Tournament
On ANZAC day, 25 April 2010, the 3rd Annual 1st International School of Ostrava Indoor Cricket Tournament was held. Two teams from India, the ANZACS (Australia & New Zealand), the UK Barbarians, Czech Senior Boy Bruisers and the Libertarians (USA & France combo) competed bravely for the honour of raising the winners cup! This year, the honour went to the lucky and skilful ANZACS with the Indian teams placed second and third. All teams ought to be congratulated for their fine efforts with the bat and ball. The strokeplay, the curry, the runouts, the amber nectar, the sixes, the reflexes, the kids, the umpires - a perfect recipe for a great day indoors.
