Adult Education
The 1st International School of Ostrava Project is growing to include adult education courses. As more and more companies are moving to Ostrava and as their need for ever-more flexible workers increases, the Adult Education Programme will serve to provide training and re-qualification courses that the market requires.
People coming to work in Ostrava from abroad will be able to take advantage of our Czech for Foreigners classes.
Start up of the project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2007, with the strong support of the City of Ostrava, the Moravian-Silesian Regional Authority and the European Union.
Project Goals:
To help residents of the Moravian-Silesian Region adjust to the new requirements of the labour market. This includes focused language education, IT training, job-specific course work determined by potential employers, and the like.
