SUPPORT FOR LANGUAGE EDUCATION 
IN THE MORAVIAN-SILESIAN REGION

European Social Fund helps to develop employment by supporting employability, enterprising, equal opportunities and investments into human resources. 

 

In October 2005 1st International School of Ostrava – soukromé gymnázium, s.r.o. began with implementation of the grant project no.CZ.04.1.03/4.1.14.1/0029 – Support for Language Education in the Moravan-Silesian Region supported by the European Social Fund within the Operational Program Human Resources Development, acquisition 4.1. Adaptability and support of the competitive-strength of enterprises and organizations.

The project is based on the needs of companies involved in the project and allows a systematical increasing of the employees´ technical and conceptual skills to make them more flexible in their reactions on the development of the companies. The employees are able to adapt on the innovations and development in their field and so they have wider opportunities to apply within their company as well as on the open job market. Applying all of the new employees´ skills helps to enhance the competition strength of each company involved in the project within Europe and the whole world. 


The main project´s aims:

 

  • To increase the competition strength of each of the company involved in the project

 

  • To improve the adaptation of the employees on more difficult job market conditions

 

  • To support the implementation of new educational methods



After finishing the grant support the project will continue within the long-term cooperation with the involved companies, which plan their development and expansion in the next 5 years.

  • Creating educational courses which meet the needs of each company

 

  • Using the interactive approach

 

  • Using modern technologies and developing the computer literacy
